Payment Policy: First-time customers pay before pickup. Returning customers pay at delivery. Unpaid balances after your confirmed window incur a $5 late fee.

Please read before submitting your booking.

1. Service Area

We serve Fort Wayne and New Haven, IN. Pickups are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM only.

2. Bag Requirements

Use a standard 13-gallon trash bag. No torn bags. Overstuffed bags are charged at $2.00 per pound for excess weight. You will be notified before any extra charges are applied.

3. Special Items

Baby clothes go in a separate smaller bag inside the 13-gallon bag. Stained items go in a separate smaller bag. Bedding goes in a separate bag labeled "Bedding."

4. Pockets & Personal Items

We are not responsible for items left in pockets — cash, cards, jewelry, electronics. Please check all pockets before bagging.

5. Pre-Existing Damage

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage including fading, shrinking of non-machine-washable items, loose buttons, broken zippers, or fabric wear.

6. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround is timeframe confirmed at booking. Delays due to weather or high volume will be communicated promptly.

7. Payment

First-time customers pay before pickup. Returning customers pay at delivery. Accepted: Square (Apple Pay, Google Pay, all major cards), Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and cash.

8. Late Payment & Non-Payment

Unpaid balances after your confirmed window incur a $5 late fee. After 48 hours, service may be suspended. Repeated non-payment may result in permanent termination and pursuit through small claims court.

9. Cancellations

Cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before pickup by texting 269-267-6508. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

10. Lost Items

We take great care with every load. We are not liable for items that cannot be located due to improper bagging.

11. Allergen & Detergent Disclosure

We use Tide, Tide Free & Clear, and Ecos Natural. Customers must disclose known sensitivities. We are not liable for reactions from undisclosed allergies. Softener beads contain fragrance. Verify Dreft suitability for your baby.

12. Biohazardous Materials — Strictly Prohibited

We do not accept items contaminated with blood, bodily fluids, fecal matter, vomit, medical waste, or any biological hazard. Violation results in immediate termination of service.

13. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service for items that do not meet our requirements or pose a health or safety risk.

14. Privacy

Your personal information is used solely to fulfill your laundry service and is never sold or shared.

15. Agreement

By submitting, you confirm you have read and agreed to all Terms & Conditions.
